Fun Fair runs on community power, and we need you!
Every volunteer shift, bake sale donation, and silent auction contribution helps make this incredible community event possible. Last year, more than 80 volunteers came together to help with everything from inflatables supervision and food stations to bake sale donations, silent auction items, set up, and clean up. We’re also grateful to have amazing RCI high school student volunteers helping with food, games, cotton candy, and the bake sale throughout the day.

Inflatables Volunteer
Manage the lines at the Obstacle Course, Double Slide or 2 Bouncy Castles to help keep the day running smoothly. Sign up solo or with a friend for a one-hour shift. |
Bake Sale
Cookies, squares, cupcakes, muffins, and other treats are welcome. Homemade and store-bought items are both appreciated. The bake sale is always a crowd favourite and sells out fast! |
Silent Auction Donations
Have a new unopened toy, gift card, wine, event tickets, or another great item to donate? Let us know by May 30 and we will be in touch about including your item. |
