5 EASY WAYS TO SUPPORT OUR SCHOOL

You may have noticed that our school doesn’t do any fundraising through our kids - no chocolates, magazines or mulch. And this year, because we have so many events planned to support our pillars of achievement, wellbeing and equity, we aren’t doing any events focused exclusively on fundraising. But we still need to have money in the bank to support our work. So here are 5 easy ways that you can buy things you need anyway, and send a little something extra our way.

You asked, we listened. We’ve added more sizes, hoodies (youth and adult) and even infant Ts to our inventory. Look for our team at the holiday concert and movie nights. 

Curious about our awesome logo? Many moons ago, a contest was held within the school walls where students battled it out in a quest to sketch our mighty but elusive mascot - the fierce Leslieville LION!!! Many tried. Many failed. But one student emerged victorious; and it is their bold design that now graces the t-shirts you wear with Lion Pride!!!! Our hats off to you - you treasured child - we owe you many thanks. (and if anyone knows their actual name – let us know – eep!)

Not interested in any of the above but still want to help out financially?
We can always accept a direct donation. Simply, write a cheque to Leslieville School Council and drop off to the school council mailbox in the school office (Branka or Edith can point you to it), drop off at any of our school events or donate online through our online store.
